Dor - Movie Review

DOR--- a good movie.

Hi, Guys, just watch out DOR. it's an awesome movie. it was released in the same week as khosla ka ghosla was released. 2 awesome movie in one week. it tells u a very different story based on a real life incident. the story goes on like this- ayesha takia is a rajasthani girl who gets married and after her honeymoon her husband leaves for saudi arabia to earn dinnar so that they can rescue the mortgaged 'haveli' . gul panang is as usual a kashmiri muslim girl who also gets married. her guy marry her against parents wish. her husband also leaves for saudi arabia. there those 2 guys leave together in same room. but due to some problem between those 2 guy(as told there was an argument)- ayesha takia's husband falls down n dies.so the usual suspect gul panang's husband is arrested as he was the only one present there and is set for capital punishment. now only way to save him is if ayesha takia pardons her hubby's murderer. so gul panang sets frm kashmir for rajastahn with only his photo in hand to search his house and eventually ayesha. now the story sets in- whether she find her, whetehr she pardons him or not. nagesh kuknoor bought the script frm a malayalam magazine who published this story. the pivotal pt to discuss here is ayesha takia whom apna gujju bhai used to dream abt and used to blast out his trademark pj on her- ayesha takia ko to sote bakt takia ki jaroorat hi nahi hain. but that time u can say any pj on that voluptous, sizzling, exposing lass. but not after her acting in dor. prominet moive critic shubhash jha compared her this acting as one of the most powerful 1 movie acting as done by bachhan in don or dimple in bobby. and told this will go also be added to that glorious list. also not to forget gul panang. man u shud see her acting. this ex miss india- jammu beauty acted so natural - it awesome. thn as usual nagesh kuknoor's favorite shreyas 'iqbal' talpade did some very funny commedy and as usual girish karnad was shown in the bad light by director.
but ayesha should now tread the bollywood path very carefully n she can go places if she dont expose her skin but her latent talent. she was awesome. let see how she fares in saleem-e-ishq. whether she can live upto her benchmark set in that movie. i dont knw why these girls dont hav confidence on there acting skill but hav lots of confidence on there body that they show them so easily.
